Well the game arrived on my door yesterday courtesy of the good old postman.
After having got back from a dismal Arsenal display I decided to try out my
long awaited Rugby Fest.

To be fair I only played it for an hour but I have a few gripes: There is a
lot of disc access and it sometimes causes problems with the smooth running
of the game. Its not as slick as the EA Fifa games. ie a little slow in
places.

It has all the teams, tournies and stats that you would expect from EA.

Overall I would give it 80% (although that may change once Ive got into it a
bit) watch this space.

Let me know what you think

I tried the demo on the OPS2 DVD and it played horribly with far too many
buttons to remember, to be fair it looked just like any 'normal' rugby match
on the TV - Dull, endless scrums with no running/passing game at all.

Rugby isn't dull to the people who watch it. The same could be said of
golf, tennis, soccer and american football.

Yep, and I'd say the same of all of your examples. Dull, dull, dull and
excruciatingly tedious. Just my opinion.
